Take a moment and visit a long term care
facility in your area. Stop at the front desk and
ask for the Activities Calendar and ask about the
Exercise Programs. Now think into the future.
Are these activities going to meet your physical,
mental and emotional needs? Remember, many
people with a variety of needs and ages reside in
nursing homes and other long term care facilities.
You can make someone's life a little bit nicer,
just by getting involved.

Interior Decorators Urgently needed! Many long
term care facilities could use a serious face lift. Those who
do will often say it isn't in the budget and the residents are left
to live in an environment that can often be depressing and
unappealing. If you are someone who has the resources to
offer an upgrade, please do.
